Менаџмент на работен процес (Business Process Management -BPM) е поле на знаење на границата помеѓу менаџмент и информатичка технологија, кој опфаќа методи, техники и алатки за дизајнирање, одобрување, контрола и анализа на оперативни деловни процеси кои вклучуваат луѓе, организации, апликации, документи и други извори на информации.
